I'm Carole Andrews, and I have spent over 14 years helping people move better. You can find me in Peebles, Edinburgh, and Anstruther, where I've been part of the community for 13 years. My background is in sports science, but my real experience comes from life. Having run 16 marathons, I know what it’s like to deal with tired legs, training fatigue, and the frustration of an injury. I’ve worked with pro rugby players, but most of my days are spent helping everyday people, including runners, cyclists, and busy professionals, stay active and strong as they get older. I don't just follow a book; I listen to what you tell me. My goal is to show you that with the right support, you can overcome pain, improve your posture, and feel confident in your body’s strength at any age.
